Online Data Collection, Survey, and Reporting |
Objective
Our client is a non-profit health care organization that servers the public citizens and low-income families. They had treated hundreds of patients and made numerous public health care seminars. To better server the community, they need to conduct survey and collect feedback from patients. The survey ranged from information related to income, age, race, education, work type, eating habit, exercises, medical conditions, correlation of different illnesses, and stress level.
BluefinSoft worked with the client and had JAD sessions with its physicians to identify all sensible factors which could lead to certain illnesses. We together decided to build a rule-based security web system for online data collection, survey, and reporting.

Our role
We worked with the client from the inception of project to deployment. Data collection screens and reporting layouts were provided for the initial client feedback and approval. Our team comprised of project manager, designer, developers, and quality engineers. The development and testing work was done in China. The client feedback and change requests were promptly incorporated in our Agile development process following our project/change control management standards.
