We have onshore project managers and an offshore development center in Suzhou, P.R.China. This combination enables our clients to substantially lower cost without sacrificing quality and time-to-market. The onshore team works with our clients to get requirements and feedback, which are passed to our engineering teams to work out solutions.

We believe that protection of our clients' IP is the key factor to our success. We have a separate development environment for each of our clients. Access to the client’s data is well controlled, for example, unauthorized CD-ROM/USB and external emails with attachments are not allowed. We also have a strict auditing process plus flexibility to impose more security measures per client’s requests.

Our approach

We employ well proven software development processes and methodologies to govern our development activities such as RUP (Rational Unified Process) and Agile development process. Clients can engage in their projects from start to end. They can monitor the projects status, schedule, budget and processes on a daily-basis.

Testing is conducted in all phases of iteration. Each project has its own independent testing team. Automation testing tools are used to help us facilitate the execution. Bug tracking system and configuration management system let us and our clients to monitor and control testing progress in real-time fashion. We could provide services on different level and types of testing (white-box and block-box testing) such as unit, integration, functional, stress, regression, performance, and reliability etc.
