A typical testing project is started with creation of test plan and test cases specification. Then we work with customers to review the documents and make them signed off by the customers. Afterwards we build up a testing environment and initiate execution of the testing cases. Depending on the testing cases, the testing results could be analyzed manually or automatically. A bug tracking system is employed to record all bugs and related activities. Finally we make a testing report, which will be delivered to the customers.

A test environment is set up locally or remotely based upon customer requests or dependencies on customer external systems.  Our testing services include functional testing, compatibility testing, performance testing, security testing, database testing, regression testing, UI testing, and automation testing.

Functional testing
This testing verifies system behaviors against its functional specifications. Testing cases are derived once the functional requirements are done. The execution of the testing is conducted in all of the development iterations.

Compatibility testing
This testing verifies that system behaves correctly when using different types of hardware/software platforms, servers, databases etc. Based on the system requirements, we will work with customers to define testing cases. Then our testing team will create a plan and subsequently conduct the execution.

Performance testing
This testing verifies system behaviors under a big load, for example, concurrent transactions or web accesses. A set of automation tools might be employed to accomplish the task.

UI testing
This testing checks usability of the user interface including look and feel, consistency, input data boundary values, and presentation of output data etc.

Security testing
This testing checks for user authorization/authentication and potential security threats. It includes security subsystem architecture, protection mechanism, and encryption standard compatibility.

Database testing
This test checks for database system correctness. A set of transactions are designed to purposefully break data integrity.

Regression testing
This checks the previously tested system functions correctly although other parts of an application have been changed. Test cases previously used will be re-run to ensure that they generate the same outputs as before. Due to the sheer volume of the test cases, in general, an automation tools and scripts will be employed to assist in the testing.
